this error can be happen for more than one reason
- you may be have one module in which you imported the report folder which is hasn't __init__.py file inside >>> so you have to fix this mistake
- there is an error with your postgressql version " this may be happen when you try to restore database to your server"
- there is an error with your server " may be some files missed "
